Kate and Wills escaped LA road congestion, arriving at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club by helicopter for Saturday's charity polo match where William was playing. Kate wore silver and marble grey hand-painted chinoiserie silk' De Gournay' dress by British designer, Jenny Packham. She carried her trusty LK Benett Natalie clutch. She also gave her LK Bennett Sledge heels a rest which whilst lovely, must be due to get reheeled by now. Instead she wore another LK Bennett nude patent set of heels called Sliver which cost £185 and are available online. Watch the ABC news report below:
The couple were joined at the polo match celebrities names including Rob Lowe, Joe Jonas and Zoe Saldana. VIP tickets cost $4000 a head although cheaper $400 tickets were available and all proceeds went to Prince William's charity foundation. Later on, the couple will attend the BAFTA black tie bash at the historic Belasco Theatre in downtown LA - more info on that to follow.
